Due to the request of many, Terry Hughes and Skate to Excellence will be bringing back winter skill sessions for High School Girls during the 2023-24 season. This once a week training session will give players the chance to stay sharp and continue to refine their personal skills during the winter hockey season.
The program is designed to help you improve your technical skills and fundamentals such as skating, stick handling, puck control, passing, and shooting. These drills will focus on the needs of the individual while being presented in a group setting. Individual skills can sometimes be lost over the winter season and this is your chance to continue to develop your own skills to take your game to the next level.
Ice times will occur on Sunday evenings, during the season, to avoid interfering with the MN State High School season schedule.
Cost: $450 per skater
